PEAEO is a non-profit and non-governmental organization that is one of the most active and popular women support agencies in Afghanistan, which established in 2009 by a group of active and well-known Afghan women, and is registered under High Evaluation Commission of NGO in Ministry of Economy and is also affiliated and associated with 1854. PEAEO is pleased to be mandated to support the government of Afghanistan in achieving its goal i.e. “enabling of the private sector to lead Afghanistan’s development within a competitive market-based economy in which the government is the policy maker and regulator of the economy”. PEAEO helps support enhancing security, good governance, infrastructure and natural resources, education, public health and nutrition, agriculture and rural development, social protection and economic development through offering competitive services by the competitive team.
PEAEO tries to align its programs and services generally with achieving UN Millennium Development Goals for Afghanistan, and particularly the benchmarks of the Afghanistan National Development Strategy (ANDS).

PEAEO is also working economically empower women and girls of the community by providing formal and informal training in the ways of production and income generation. Ensure a conducive perspective or condition of good governance and sustainable livelihood towards poverty free and just society.
Work for deprived people for their wellbeing and betterment with special emphasis on rural population particularly children and women and to provide them with livelihood opportunities and bring them into the mainstream of society.
